Beginning at the initial cost analysis through the follow-up audit — if you aren’t happy with the savings from your monthly processing expenses, you can leave us at no additional cost.

While our agreement with you is month-to-month, we aren’t looking for short term Customers. Instead, we want long term relationships, where our customers continue to process with us, year after year. That’s how we prove transparency, integrity and savings throughout the process.

Brian Ward

In 2007, Brian was introduced to the credit card services and processing industry He sold merchant services for Merchant Solutions International headquartered in the Mid-West. In 2009 he became a partner in the company and was responsible for national sales. Through an introduction in 2011, Brian earned the opportunity to work with American Express. At that point, his MSI division became responsible for all American Express direct Visa, MasterCard and Discover merchant referrals as well as the setup and implementation of Visa, MasterCard and Discover for those American Express referred merchants, nationally. Direct Connect Merchant Service was established in late 2018, after the sale of Merchant Solutions International. Brian’s vision for the new company was to bring something different to the table. Something that would bring greater value to services offered, while benefiting customers. The “month-to-month agreement” and “free countertop terminal program” were born.
